Winterfest Code of Conduct

Expected Behavior
All attendees of Winterfest are expected to:
• Treat Winterfest staff, hotel employees, facilities, and fellow participants with courtesy and respect.
• Be inclusive and welcoming to all.
• Practice good sportsmanship and play fairly.
• Respect game components, personal belongings, and all hotel property and equipment.
Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in a warning, removal from the event, and or permanent suspension from Winterfest:
• Disruptive Conduct – Intentionally disrupting games, events, or activities, including excessive shouting, arguing, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
• Harassment or Bullying – Any behavior intended to threaten, intimidate, demean, or harm another person.
• Theft or Damage – Stealing, defacing, or intentionally damaging property belonging to the hotel, club, or other participants.
• Unsafe or Inappropriate Behavior – Violence, threats, or any conduct that creates an unsafe or hostile environment.
Enforcement
Winterfest staff reserve the right to take any necessary action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including verbal warnings, removal from the event without refund, and permanent suspension from future events. Participants subject to disciplinary action forfeit all participation fees.
